Shirley Strickland Cloud's Obituary
Shirley Strickland Cloud, age 76 of Lithia Springs passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lithia Springs, retired from Douglas County Board of Education after 30 plus years. Survived by her husband of 571/2 years, Franklin Cloud; daughter and son-in-law, Krystal & Dave Ranney of Suches; son and daughter-in-law, Franklin, Jr. and Sherrie Cloud of Lithia Springs;mother, Ruth Richardson Strickland; grandchildren, Patrick Haight and Eric & Holly Haight; great grandchildren, Aaden and Gavin Haight; sisters and brothers-in-law, Diane & Larry Lawler of LIthia Springs and Kitty & Tony Hunter of Lithia Springs; nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Friday 2:00 PM, Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel. Dr Marion Beaver and Rev. Hugh Grimmer officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Austell. The family will receive friends Thursday 4-7 PM at the funeral home.
