I am so sorry to learn about your mother's death. She and your dad were far and away mom and dad's favorite people from seminary, and their friendship endured their lifetime. I can't remember the last time I saw you all, it seems like maybe it was in Montreat.
Hang on to the great memories of your mom and dad, they were exceptional people.
Maybe we will catch up one of these days.

More than anything else, a relationship with God can help you to cope with the death of someone you love. Isaiah 33:24 promises the time when an end to sickness will become a reality.
