Sara Charline "Toni" Medley's Obituary
Sara Charline “Toni” Medley, age 85, of Lithia Springs passed away July 3, 2018. Toni was a member of Lithia Springs United Methodist Church; a member and officer of Al-Anon; a member of the Eastern Star; officer of the South Cobb Business Association; and a member of the South Cobb Arts Alliance. She was a woman of faith who enjoyed conducting bible studies. She also loved to read and square dance. She was invited by President Jimmy Carter to go to the Inauguration with her square dancing troop, South Cobb Yellow Rocks. The light of her life was spending time with her grandson, Myles Medley.
Toni was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, William Donald Medley. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Earl and Teresa Medley of Powder Springs; son, Phillip Medley of Chattanooga, TN; grandson, Myles Medley; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Melanie Bryant of Alpharetta; brother, Bill Bryant of Lithia Springs; brother and sister-in-law, Dan and Belinda Bryant of New Georgia. Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 14th, 1:00 PM at Lithia Springs United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lithia Springs United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 627 Lithia Springs GA 30122 or Wellstar Tranquility Community Hospice 4040 Hospital South Drive Austell, GA 30106.
