Ronald "Slim" Langford's Obituary
Ronald G. “Slim” Langford, age 57 of Dallas, passed away August 8, 2011. Slim retired from Bell South after 31 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Pat Langford and is survived by his wife of 18 years, Jennifer Motes-Langford; children, Stephanie & Rob Benson, Mark Pease, Jr.; grandsons, Brett and Bradley; brother & sister-in-law, Curtis & Christine Motes; niece, Brooke & Daniel Murphy; great-niece, Lacey Mae Murphy; and his dog and faithful companion, Hosepipe. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, 5 – 8 PM and Thursday, 12 – 3 PM. Funeral services will be held at Davis-Struempf Chapel on Friday, August 12, 2011 at 10:00AM. Graveside service at 1:00 PM at Restlawn Memory Gardens in LaGrange, Georgia.
