Nellie Ruth Leach's Obituary
Nellie Ruth Leach, age 99, of Austell passed away October 2, 2016. Nellie was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, a Golden Gems singer, and care taker of Shady Grove Cemetery. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Deborah Kadison. Surviving are her children, Phyllis Ann Harris of Fayetteville, Phillip (Terry) Alton Leach of Eatonton, GA, and William (Nancy) Michael Leach of Austell; grandchildren, Amanda (Donnie) Wood, Jenifer Leach, Kathryn Shiver, and William Jr.; great-grandchildren, Griffin, Katie, Christopher, Daniell, Matthew, Garrett, and Emma; and great great-grandchildren, Logan, Addelynn, Daniel, and Kaden. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 4th, 12:30 PM at Shady Grove Cemetery with Pastor Michael Crawford officiating. The family will receive friends at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, October 4th before the service.
