I am so sorry to hear of Mr Rios death. I have thought about him a lot over the years. He was my home room teacher as well as computer programming. I always looked up to him he always seemed to have a great pride in himself and his life. I joked with him all the time. One day we were talking and this is when he told me of how he worked at NASA. This did nothing but bring greater pride to me to know we had such a great and humble mind teaching us. I was just thinking about him snd decided to try and look him up. Then to my discovering he passed away $ years ago. I would like to just say thank you to his family for sharing this wonderful man with us. I will always remember how nice he dressed and you could tell the pride he had in doing so and always having a nice hair cut and beard groomed. He was just so pleasant to be around. Thank you Mr Rios for your patience and tolerance of me every morning in home room. You are missed my friend. You made a great impression on this young man.

Mario was a kind and loving man. We always enjoyed his company when Mario would visit the senior center to play pool with his many friends. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers especially during this time.

Mario was a great friend and teacher while I was at Osborne H.S. We both loved a cold sweet ice tea for lunch at Dairy Queen on work days. A toast to Mario. My prayers go out to his family and friends.
