Jerry Neal Wilkins' Obituary
Jerry Neal Wilkins, age 71 of Douglasville passed away July 7, 2021.
Jerry was a member of New Fellowship Baptist Church and retired from the CSX Railroad. He also wrote articles for the Douglas County Sentinel.
Jerry was a US History Buff and enjoyed participating in Civil War Reenactments. He also volunteered his time by placing markers at the foot of Veterans gravestones.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, W.R. and Marvis Wilkins.
He is survived by his daughters, Mandy Michele Rider and Shannie Darlene Wilkins; grandchildren, Micah Rider, Rhen Rider and Alisa Pope; sister, Dianne Richmond; nieces, Sherri Ashley and Kimberly Lovell.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Richard Wilkins officiating.
