Glenda, Rhonda, Melissa and Debra:
I was touched with sadness when I read that James had passed. We grew up with your family and I remember all the fun times we had playing together so well. James and my dad, Buck Brown, were good friends from the Post Office and maybe even before that. My mom was Dolly and just like you Glenda had three girls; Barbara, Brenda and Beverly (me). James was salt of the earth and just a good-good man, sweet and kind. I’ll never forget those good ole days of our childhoods together. Prayers of comfort and love to all of you.

James was my brother and friend. We were close growing up and shared many of the same life values and beliefs as adults.

As everyone who knew James knows, he was a kind, gentle soul. He treated everyone with the dignity and respect that he would want for himself.

Through his kindness and generosity, James' life had a positive impact on, and enriched the lives of many. The world is a better place because James was here. He will be deeply missed by his Family and Friends.
