James Robert McIntosh, 77, of Mableton, Georgia, passed away Friday, February 21, 2014. Robert was born July 31,1936 in Douglasville, Georgia to James B. and Martha McIntosh. He graduated From Douglas County High School in 1954. R Read Obituary

Mr.James was a co_ worker of mines and i considered him a friend and we miss you at Walmart 3611.We send condolences to the family and close friends.He always talked about his daughters and grandchildren.When i started working at Walmart he made me feel good working as a door greeter. He made a lasting impression on everybody he meet, even my daughter when she went to the hospital with me for a visit. Cora -powder springs Ga.
Family, I'm so sorry to hear of Mac's passing. I worked with him at the railroad back in the 80's. He was certainly a character! He had a great work ethic and a great mentor! I will always smile when remembering him. May God grant you comfort during this time.

I have got to say that Robert was the sweetest dad and grandad to his daughters and grandchildren. You could see him melt like butter when he was around them and was always there when they needed him. He gave so much of his time and love. I admired his soft smile and friendly laugh. I have always considered his family very blessed to have such a kind man as this. I am blessed to have known him and see what a great impact he has had on his family. I pray for peace in the hearts of the whole family during this time. I love you all!
Mr,JAMES WAS THE MORNING STAR OF ALL OF US AT WALMART 3611.HE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE.NO MATTER IF YOU WAS DOWN HE COULD ALWAYS MAKE YOU LAUGH AND SMILE.HE WOULD ALWAYS TALK ABOUT HID GIRLS AND GRANDBABIES TO US AT LUNCH. YOU WILL BE MISSED BY SO MANY.
Mr James was one of a kind he was always waiting on me when I walked in. He knew how to brighten my day with his jokes. He would aways put others in front of himself. He loved customers and they in return loved him back. He will truely be missed as I left today all I could think about is who will be the one that could make my day like he always did. RIP Mr James!

I've known James for only ten months while working with him at wall-Mart. During this time, James made such an impact on me and many other employees and customers alike. He will be greatly missed. I pray for the family's comfort knowing that James is with the Lord and he will never suffer again.
