Gordon Kitchens, Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Gordon Eugene Kitchens, Sr., age 84, died Monday, January 11, 2010. Mr. Kitchens was retired from the Federal Reserve Bank after 48 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Betty Cecil Kitchens; son, Gordon Kitchens, Jr. of Atlanta; daughter, Elizabeth Lee Kitchens of Mableton; brother, D.B. Kitchens of Augusta; two grandchildren, Shelly Marie Pollock of Grapevine, TX, and Leslie Paige Guerreri of Massula, MT; three great grandchildren, Phoebe Elizabeth Pollock, Elijah Powell Pollock and Haley Paige Guerreri. Graveside service will be held Thursday, January 14, 11AM at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens, Mableton, with Rev. Bill Rorie officiating.
