Teresa, Sharing in your sorrow of losing your father. Was sad to read of his passing. Think of you and our high school and nursing school times together with fond memories. Those who have given of themselves will live forever in each heart they have touched. Will pray for friends to comfort you, faith to uphold you, and loving memories to help you smile again.
With love and sympathy,

I had the joy of getting to know Gene and Johnnie just a few short years ago but I will always treasure the memories of sharing and working with them at Bethany. Our loss, thankfully temporary, is heaven's gain. All my love to Johnnie and the family.

I just want to say thank you to Mr. Driver. Thank you for being the man that raised the family that I am now a part of. I know that my wife is who she is today in large part because of you. Thank you for being a Godly example to all of your family and friends. I will miss hearing you say "Hey Boy!" to my girls when we visit. I will miss watching the Braves with you as we all gather for our frequent family celebrations. I love for Tina to tell me stories of her growing up and your life. Not just because of the story, but because I can see and hear through her the love that your family has for you. That is the greatest example that a man can leave, the love of his family. Thanks to you and Mrs. Driver for taking me as part of your family.
We will miss, "Mr. Gene". Our thoughts and prayers to the family.

A dear man with a precious wife. I will miss his big hugs and kisses, and I know my sweet husband has already greeted him in Heaven saying "well, here's my buddy Mean Jean" (the name he called Gene since they came to Bethany in 1965. Blessings to Teresa, Randy and all.
So sad to hear of Gene' s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Johnnie.
