I first met Jo when I was a young girl, as she was a beloved friend and neighbor to my sister and brother in law … Mildred and Lindsey Maxwell. Over the years Jo and my paths crossed so so many times . At church, Bible studies and also sharing mutual friends. All thru the years , Jo would always share with me a good story , make me smile and would always express her love for her family and her never ending love and devotion to our Good Lord. I will always cherish and remember how Jo always made me feel with her words of encouragement….

I am so shocked and saddened to hear about Jo. I loved her so much and enjoyed every minute we were able to spend together. Loved to hear stories of her growing up with her cousin my husband Buddy Morris. They were a sight when they got together. I will always treasure our time together.
