Doug was one of the first members of the Sales Staff that I met when I started working at Automated over 23 years ago. I still remember being struck by how genuine a person he was, how nice. That word - 'nice' - is truly overused, but it fit Doug perfectly. And he remained that way the entire time I knew him - he was never angry, he was always happy to hear from me, no matter the reason. He was a great person! I will always remember him fondly, and my thoughts go out to his family & loved ones.
Doug was a one of a kind person that was always smiling. He never had a negative thing to say. He will truly be missed.
