Bobbie Hannah Hughie's Obituary
Bobbie Mote Hughie, age 85 of Mableton passed away April 8, 2018. Bobbie was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Smyrna. She was a past member of Bolton Order of the Eastern Star No. 143.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Hughie Sr.; grandchildren, Eddie and Timmy Blalock.
She is survived by son, James E. Hughie, Jr. of Douglasville; daughters, Jan Hulsey of Mableton; Jenny (Nick) Zahnd of Macon; Pam (Joe) Blalock of Douglasville; Cindy (Philip) Drew of Stone Mountain; brother, Thomas A. Mote of Alpharetta; sister-in-law, Flossie Mote of McDonough; 5 grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Powell Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
