Ann Miers Wilson's Obituary
Ann Miers Wilson of Duluth, GA peacefully passed away February 13 in hospice care. Ann was raised in Powder Springs and graduated from Powder Springs High School. She attended Georgia College (GA State), worked at 1st National Bank of Atlanta where she met James A. Wilson, Jr. They were married on June 5, 1955. She retired from Wachovia with over 30 years service. Ann is survived by her son Steven Wilson of Duluth, Georgia, her brother, Steve Miers of Powder Springs, Georgia, Sister-in-law, Kathleen Miers of Alpharetta, brother-in-law, George Smith of Austell, Georgia, and brother-in-law, Gene Golden of Hiram. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12-2PM at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 2PM at the Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Steve Alred and Rev. Gene Golden officiating. Interment will be held at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens.
