Yasmine Pierre-Louis' Obituary
On Monday, August 4, 2025, our beloved mother, wife, and friend, Yasmine Pierre-Louis, peacefully passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Throughout her journey, she exemplified unwavering strength, resilience, and grace. Though her body grew tired, her spirit never wavered and now, she rests in peace.
Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Yasmine devoted her life to caring for
others. Whether through her work or in her home, she poured love and compassion into everything she did. She was selfless, generous, and deeply nurturing to all who knew her.
A proud and devoted wife to Fritz, and a loving mother to her three children Vanessa, Francia and Noah. Yasmine’s favorite moments were Sunday dinners, where her family gathered to enjoy her cooking, share stories, and laugh together. These moments were filled with warmth, and the love she so effortlessly gave through her food and presence.
When she wasn’t hosting or caring for others, Yasmine could be found shopping (her second favorite pastime) or chatting for hours on the phone with her closest friends.
Her faith in God was unwavering. Even to her very last breath, if you asked her how she was doing, she would always say, “I’m blessed.” A devoted servant of the Lord, she never missed a Sunday service and lived her life rooted in love, humility, and deep faith.
While words can never fully capture the light she brought into the world, we will carry her legacy in our hearts every day. She fought hard, loved deeply, and lived fully. Now, she rests in eternal peace, surrounded by the love of God.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
