Willie Mae Brand's Obituary
Willie Mae Brand, age 89 of Marietta, passed away April 25, 2021. Mrs. Brand was a loyal member of Welcome Hill Baptist Church for almost 40 years. She was committed to her family and church and very much enjoyed going on vacation with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Thomas Brand; son, Larry Thomas Brand; son, Jerry Brand; daughter, Martha Canup; and sister, Katherine Easter Key. She is survived by her children, Danny Brand of Fayetteville, Mickey Brand of Dallas, and Marie Singley of Marietta; grandchildren, Angela Brand, Melanie Allen, Kelly Griffin, Renea Chapman, Gerald Brand, Thomas Brand, William Brand, Jason Singley, Jeremy Singley, Amy Grantham, Ashley Swanson, and Mickey Dale Brand Jr.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Nathan Knight officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Douglasville.
