William Franklin "Willie" Thomas' Obituary
William Franklin "Willie" Thomas, age 79 of Austell passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Austell and the Fishers of Men Sunday School Class. He was the former owner of Thomas Drugs Store in Austell, Willie graduated from Southern School of Pharmacy. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Joyce Eubanks Thomas; son, William Thomas "Scrappy" of Austell; daughter, Anna Hughes of Austell; grandchildren, Ellie & Emory Hughes of Austell; sisters, Clara Nell Conrad of Florida, Patsy Coalson of Douglasville and brother, Harold Thomas of Florida. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday 11:00 AM, First Baptist Church of Austell Chapel. Rev. Eddie Barton and Rev. Deborah Griffith officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Murphy Harpst Children Center, 740 Fletcher Street, Cedartown, GA 30125. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home & Crematory, Austell
