William E. Rogers' Obituary
William E. “Bill” Rogers, age 94 of Austell passed away September 14, 2021. Bill was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and retired from L & B Construction Company. He was preceded in death by his wife of 73 years, Margie Smith Rogers.
Bill is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and John Mayes of Atlanta; grandchildren, Dalton and Carolina Mayes.
Funeral Services will be held Monday 11:00 AM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Rorie and Rev. Chris Noggle officiating. Entombment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation prior to the service Monday from 10:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bill’s name to Calvary Baptist Church, 4780 Flint Hill Road SW Austell, GA 30106
