William "Bill" Cranford's Obituary
William “Bill” Cranford, age 91, of Powder Springs passed away June 29, 2020. Bill was a 40-year member of the American Legion- Post 160 as well as a long-time member of Moose Lodge 1917 in Smyrna. In his spare time, he loved fishing and golfing.
Bill is preceded in death by his children, Charlie, Dale, and Renee. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Ruth Cranford; children, Debbie (Stan) Payne of Marietta, Marshall (Crystal) Conner of Hiram, Wendy (Bill) Lamb of Atlanta; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brothers, Gerald Cranford and Tom Cranford; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 2, 3:30 PM at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens with Pastor Benton Cranford officiating.
