William "Billy" Townsend's Obituary
William “Billy” Townsend, age 87, of Rockmart passed away July 8th, 2021. Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Sandy Clinton and Mildred Townsend; brother, Jimmy “Twister” Townsend. He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Bivins; step-sons, Daryl Traylor and Michael Traylor; step-daughter, Sheila Holland; sisters, Annette Petty, Frances Travis, and Marion “Daisy” West; one grandchild, Jessica Simon; and one great-grandchild, Sunshine Patterson.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 17th, 1:00 PM at Riverview Memorial Park with Pastor Glen Petty officiating.
