Willard Candler Shuler's Obituary
Willard Candler Shuler, age 96, of Powder Springs passed away October 1, 2017. Willard was preceded in death by his wife, Martha VanDyke Shuler; daughter, Martha Ann Fain; brothers J.D and Sam Shuler; and sisters, Rose Goolsby and Grace Davis. He is survived by his grandson and wife, Brad and Melissa Fain; great grandchildren, Joseph and Madison Fain; brother, Grady Shuler and sister-in-law Virginia “Jenny” Shuler of Powder Springs; sisters, Bobbie Monroe of Carry, NC, and Nellie Thackston of Villa Rica; son-in-law, Tommy Fain; and thirteen beloved nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, October 4, 11:00 AM at Powder Springs Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bill Rorie officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Clarkdale United Methodist Church at P.O. Box 3, 5061 Austell-Powder Springs Road, Clarkdale, Georgia 30111.
