Teresa Ellen Thigpen's Obituary
Teresa Ellen Thigpen, age 65 of Dallas, Georgia passed away January 20, 2026.
Teresa was born in Kingsport, TN and raised in Forest Park, GA. She was a dedicated worker for Nabisco Bakery for 37 years before retirement in 2017. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leland and Beaulah Thigpen; sister, Karen Nix; and brother, Gary Thigpen.
She is survived by her sister, Amanda Williamson (Jason); children, John Dawkins (Nikki), Heather Moore, Justin Dawkins, Joseph Dawkins (Jeniffer); and grandchildren, Leah, Lisa, and Marisa Moore.
A memorial service honoring her life will be held on Saturday, January 24th, 1:00 PM at Bethany Christian Church, 3264 Villa Rica Hwy, Dallas, GA 30157.
