Susan Elizabeth Godfrey's Obituary
Susan Elizabeth Godfrey, age 62, of Murphy, NC, passed away March 1, 2020. Susan adored spending time with her grandchildren. She loved life and her family above all else.
Susan served 30 years as a vet tech, which shows her love and devotion to animals. She enjoyed spending time with them on her farm and especially loved horses.
Susan is survived by her mother, Sara Godfrey; children, Micah (Carly) Brook of Dallas, GA and Kyle (Tatum) Taylor of Waverly, GA; grandchildren, Kassi Horton and Rhett Taylor; sister, Janet Taylor of Austell, GA; and brother, Tony Godfrey of Temple, GA.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 3rd, 11:00 AM at Davis-Struempf Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM before the service. Interment will follow the service at Daniell Family Cemetery.
