Shirley Gore's Obituary
Shirley Marie Gore, age 83 of Mableton passed away February 24, 2018. Shirley was a longtime member of Austell First Baptist Church. She enjoyed oil painting and rescuing cats.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Luke Franklin Gore.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Reid Gardner of Breman; grandchildren, Christopher Gardner of Mableton; Lauren Freeman of Buchanan; great-grand daughter, Skye Freeman.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 1:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Cooke officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 4:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cobb County Humane Society. 148 Fairground St SE, Marietta, GA 30060
