Sarah Tharpe's Obituary
Sarah Causey Tharpe, age 95, of Austell passed away Friday, August 19, 2011. She was a member of Austell United Methodist Church. She retired from Dr. James D. Barr Optical in Austell. Survived by daughter and son-in-law Rayford and Andy Tippens of Powder Springs; grand-daughter, Allison and Doug Danna of Powder Springs; great grand-son, Drew Danna. sister, Gwen Scott of Calhoun; sister-in-law, Ethelene Causey of Austell and nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, August 21st from 1-3pm. Funeral Services will be held at Davis- Struempf Chapel on Sunday, August 21st at 3pm. Nolen Eastham will officiate. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Austell.
