Sandra Lee Hagar's Obituary
Mrs. Sandra Lee Hager age 63, passed away September 26, 2022.
She was known as the Red Rocker by her many friends, but she also was know by many other names including: Sandy, Grandmama, Mom, San San, Sibbie, and Honey Bear. She was born at Thomas M. Fitzgeragld Mercy Hospital, in Darby, Pennsylvania. Sandra spent her childhood years growing up in Westville, New Jersey where she made life long friends with the Ippolite family. Sandra moved to Lake Oswego, Oregon where she attended high school. After High school Sandra moved to Marietta, Georgia where she started her family, and where she worked majority of her career in telecommunication sales making many friends along the way.
Sandra was preceded by her mom, Marilyn MacDonald and her father, Wilbert (Bill) MacDonald. Sandra is survived by her husband Michael Hagar, children Sara Harrison and Kyle Hagar, granddaughter Amelia Harrison, sisters Linda Beck and Barbara Adrean, brother John MacDonald, and her uncle Billy MacDonald.
Sandra was always upbeat, quick to make friends, and bring laughter to everyone around her. Sandra was a loving and benevolent person with a lust for life and deeply religious of the catholic faith.
A celebration of her life will take place at Canton First United Methodist Church with a date and time to be announced. Those wishing to honor her memory, in lieu of flowers may make contributions in her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
