Ruth Brent Rollins' Obituary
Mrs. Ruth “Wookie” Brent Rollins, age 90 of Austell, passed away Monday, June 8, 2009. Mrs. Rollins devoted her life to caring for others, making a loving home and loving the Lord. She was a long time nursery worker at Center Hill Baptist Church in Atlanta and was a member of Heatherwood Baptist Church. She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Harry B. & Gail Rollins, Sr. of Austell; grandchildren, Brent & Angela Rollins of Dallas, Michael & Leigh Anne Rollins of Kennesaw, Greg Rollins of Austell; 5 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 12, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Davis-Struempf Chapel with Dr. Tom Daugherty officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, 4 – 8 PM.
