My treasured memories of my dear Aunt Ruth include long personal talks with her on the phone ever since my Dad, her oldest brother, Thomas W. Colebourn, Sr., passed away on December 16, 1977. That's 40 years of a sweet friendship and support through many hard and joyous times. I got to know my Dad much more through talks with her. He was only 53 when he passed. My best memories include recent visits where I had her undivided love and wisdom available while I stayed a few days with her in her home. I really enjoyed a High Tea we attended with the cousins at Tea At Seven Springs in historic Powder Springs years ago. I don't even know if the place still exists, but I will never forget that afternoon!
