Ruby Mae Richardson's Obituary
Ruby Mae Richardson, age 94 of Mableton, passed away November 10, 2024.
Ruby was a member of Concord Baptist Church for many years. She adored her church family and was grateful for the unconditional love and support she received from its members through the years.
Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and loved them dearly.
Ruby was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, James Edward Richardson, Sr. and daughter, Sandra Richardson Mitchell.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Louise Carlyle; son, James Edward Richardson, Jr. and spouse, Sue; son, John Richardson and spouse, Sherri; son, Glenn Richardson and Van; sister, Mary Black.
Ruby is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday from 4:00PM -8:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday 11:00AM at Concord Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Wilkins officiating. She will lie in state at the church from 10:00-11:00AM.
Interment will follow at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens.
