Ruby Bishop's Obituary
Ms. Ruby Bishop age 78 of Mableton passed away Sunday, October 9,2011. She was a member of Mt. Harmony Baptist Church since the age of 12. She loved to sew ,knit, put puzzles together, play bingo, and talking with her friends. She was a great cook and was known best for her banana pudding. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her daughter and son- in- law, Lea Ann and Brian Moore of Douglasville; brother and sister- in- law, Joe and Sue Moon of Stone Mountain; grandchildren, Alexandria, Ivey, and Wilson Moore; brother- in- law, Don Howard of Mableton; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday 1:00 PM at Davis- Struempf Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens. Dr. Randal Whitten officiating. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Harmony Baptist Church, 561 Veterans Memorial Hwy SE Mableton, Ga 30126
