Rose Ann Richardson's Obituary
Rose Ann Richardson, age 80, departed this life Tuesday, January 16, 2024, in Marietta, Georgia at Marietta Center For Nursing & Healing. She was born in Chillicothe, Ohio on August 29, 1943. Rose graduated from high school in Chillicothe and went on to college at Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. She was a resident of Dayton, OH for many years
Rose retired from Standard Register after 20+ years of service in Atlanta, Georgia. She was a dedicated church member at Elizabeth Baptist Church in Douglasville, Georgia. Rose enjoyed working in every ministry in church, listening to gospel music, traveling, and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her father, Paul W. Richardson (Doris Richardson), mother, Estell Valentine, sister, Dora R. (Thomas) Crosby, sister, Gertrude “Trudy” (Alex) Moses, and brother, Paul V. (Deborrah) Richardson.
Rose leaves to cherish her memory two sons John Paul Woodard and Christopher L. Woodard; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
