Ray Melvin Wehunt, age 74 of Lithia Springs passed away January 22, 2018. Ray was a Deacon of Welcome Grove Baptist Church of Smyrna.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Wehunt; daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Lee Brock; son, Alan Wehunt; brothers, Paul Wehunt and Charles Wehunt; sister, Renee Dyer; 5 grandchildren;4 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday 11:00 AM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Collett and Rev. James Wall officiating. Interment will follow at Welcome Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Welcome Grove Baptist Church, Smyrna.
