Phillip Lee Perren's Obituary
Phillip L. Perren, age 66, of Austell went to his heavenly home on Saturday, August 27, 2022 with his family members by his side.
Phil was born in Rome, GA to Melvin and Shirley Perren. He was proud of his title of Millwright, and served with General Motors for 21 years. He was a devoted husband, daddy, and pawpa. He loved his family dearly. He was also a devoted servant to God and served as a deacon at Connection Pointe Church of God for many years. In his free time, he loved getting outdoors and deer hunting.
Phillip was preceded in death by his dad, Melvin Perren. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Darlene Perren; mother, Shirley Perren of Smyrna; children, Kimberly Miranda (husband, Peter) of Austell and Jennifer England (husband, J.J.) of Dallas; siblings, Rickey Perren (wife, Fran) of Acworth, Tim Perren of Powder Springs, and Angie Thorne (husband, Neal) of Enville, TN; grandchildren, Chasity Perren, Johnny England, III, Benjamin Miranda, Justin England; great-grandchild, Trey Bell; and many beloved extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, 2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Pastor Grant Cole officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mozley Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 from 2:00 PM before the service.
