Peggy Fontella Payne's Obituary
Peggy Fontella Payne, age 58, of Smyrna passed away August 28, 2019. Peggy will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and nanny. She adored her grandkids and loved going fishing with her sons. Peggy was a member of East West Church. She is preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Boyd. Peggy is survived by her husband of 41 years, Mark Payne; sons, Dean (Teena) Payne and Tim (Denise) Payne; grandchildren, Alora, Hunter, Ricky, and Jlynn; and brother, Jeff Barlow. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 1st, 3:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Williams officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 3:00 PM before the service.
