Paul E. Mayfield's Obituary
Paul E. Mayfield, 84, of Atlanta passed away March 9, 2012. He served in the Army during W.W. II. He was an executive officer and owner of W. T. Mayfield Trucking in Atlanta with locations in Savannah and Charleston and Mayfield Rigging and Crane Company in Atlanta and he was the previous owner of Victory Freight Lines in Birmingham.
He is predeceased by his wife Norma Mayfield, daughter, Connie Mayfield, his eight brothers and sisters. He is survived by his children, Paula Mayfield Hudson (George), Clay Mayfield (Judy), grandchildren Forest Hudson, Paul Hudson, Jessica Essen, Jeffery Mayfield, and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be March 12, 12-2, service at 2 at Davis -Strempf Funeral Home, Austell, Ga. Burial to follow at River View Cemetery.
