Kevin Dunn
Dear Nancy,
It has been over ten years since your death, and I am only now writing to you. I think of you oh-so-often and always with a smile. I have so many wonderful memories of our lives together from as far back as I can remember. Do you remember watching Dark Shadows? How about coloring with popcicles? Not such a great idea but fun nonetheless. Do you remember that ancient, crazy tricycle that you had that would beat up your legs when you would go too fast? Do you remember sticking willow branches in our pants to create tails? Roller skating in your basement? Tether ball? Miss Beasley doll? Do you remember being prom dates and dining at Baby Doe's? That was a nice night. Remember when email was new, and we used to email each other every day? Do you remember the last time that we saw each other? You drove all the way to Buckhead to meet me, and we had a wonderful lunch together. You were still trying to recover from your surgery and were still having complications. I am so sorry for that. I love you, Nancy and will always. You are my only life-long friend, and I miss you. Thank you for always being there from the beginning to the end. I'll look forward to meeting once again. Your time here with us was short, and I hope that you are blissfully happy. Thank you for always being the best friend to me and thank you for your never-ending love.
I love you always,
Kevin
