Myrtle Eva Keys' Obituary
Myrtle Eva Keys, age 83, of Austell passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014. Mrs. Keys enjoyed gardening and working as office manager at Keys Glass Company in Mableton. She was a member of Davis Chapel Baptist Church. Mrs. Keys was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Keys and daughter, Lynn Griffin. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Sherry Johnson; granddaughters, Jennifer Johnson and Kristi McQuillan; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Annette Hightower, Judy Foxworth, Ethelene Allen, and Edna Carswell; brothers, Joe Major and Everette Major. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11 AM at Davis-Struempf Chapel, with Chaplin Hal Cole officiating. Interment will follow the service at Peachtree Memorial Park, Norcross. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 to 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Presbyterian Village Caring Hands, Austell, GA.
