Mr. Michel Gagne, age 64, of Otis, Oregon died Monday, December 24, 2012. He is survived by his sister, Dora Godard of Canada; brothers, Jean Morin of Canada, Guy Morin of Canada, and Marc Morin of Kennesaw, GA. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Heart Association.
