Michael Landrum, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and cherished friend, passed away on April 24, 2026, at the age of 80. Born on July 17, 1945, in Dallas, Texas,
Mike brought joy, laughter, and warmth to everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Mike was known for his fun-loving spirit and quick wit. Whether sharing a joke, telling a story, or simply enjoying the company of loved ones, he had a way of making every moment brighter. His sense of humor was one of his greatest gifts, and it left a lasting impression on family and friends alike
.Above all, Mike was deeply devoted to his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Vickie Landrum, with whom he shared 51 years of love and partnership. He leaves behind his daughter, Heidi Camacho, and his son-in-law, Sergio Camacho, who were a constant source of pride and joy in his life. Mike also adored his grandchildren, Natalie and Sergio Jr., who brought him endless happiness and laughter
Mike’s legacy is one of kindness, laughter, and unwavering love. He will be remembered for his generous heart, his playful spirit, and the countless memories he created with those he held dear. He will be deeply missed, but his laughter and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 12:00 PM-4:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Michael's honor to Dementia Society of America or Alzheimer's Association
