Michael Fleshood's Obituary
Michael Fleshood, age 69 of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away September 16, 2013. He was a member of Saint Theresa Catholic Church. Michael retired from the United States Air Force after 23 years of service, then retired from S.I.T.A. He enjoyed photography, lapidary, and golf.
Michael is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carol Unger Fleshood; children: Michael & Heather, serving with the Dept. of Defense, Tommy & Bonnie, and Danny & Angela, both of Wabash, Indiana; grandchildren: Justin, Sammy, Coltyn, Savannah, Little Danny, Serenity, and Jozlin; sisters: Diane Butoz, Susan Brewer, Judith Cargil, Nancy Fox, Beth Exposito, and Sally Bowman; brother Larry Fleshood.
The funeral service to celebrate his life will be graveside at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 12:00 PM with military honors. Rev. Fr. Fernando Molina-Restrepo will officiate.
