Maxine Halleck's Obituary
Maxine Stepp Halleck, age 86 of Mableton passed away January 10, 2018. Maxine was an active member of Mt. Harmony Baptist Church. She was a member of the Celebration Choir and participated in Senior Adult Activities. Maxine was a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan and loved to travel.
Maxine was a member of the Red Hat Society and was active in Southern Bell Telephone Pioneers. She volunteered for Crossroads Soup Kitchen in Atlanta.
Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Raymond Halleck. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jacquelyn (Patrick) Halleck Sisk of Dallas; son and daughter-in-law, Randall G. (Lauri) Halleck of Powder Springs; grandchildren, Ryan Sisk; Jonathan Sisk; Meredith (Brad) Halleck Vincent; Melissa Halleck; Mandy Halleck.
Funeral Services will be held Friday 2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Randal Whitten officiating. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
