Margaret Ann Parker's Obituary
Margaret Ann Parker, resident of Mableton, GA went home to be with the Lord at 1:25 am on April 15, 2024.
Margaret retired from Lockheed Martin Marietta. She has since enjoyed cross stitching, crocheting baby blankets for Shriner’s Hospital for Children, and talking on the phone to her friends and family. She dearly treasured time spent with loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her father, Buford Ozroe Stevenson; mother, Helen Montgomery Stevenson; and husband, Henry Floyd Parker, Jr.
She is survived by her son, Stacy Floyd Parker (Julie) of Mableton, GA; grandsons, Cameron Alexander Parker and Ben Moon, both of Villa Rica, GA; granddaughter, Jamie Moon of Villa Rica, GA; brothers, Grady Stevenson (Joyce) of Bangor, Maine; and Glenn Stevenson of Marietta, GA; and sister, Sandra Pevahouse (Tom) of Greenwood, SC. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Thursday before service from 11:00-2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home.
A funeral service honoring Margaret's life will be held Thursday, April 18, 2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf
Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow the service at Mozley Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations in Margaret's name be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
