Margaret Ann Grey's Obituary
Margaret Ann Grey (Anna Margaret), age 91, born June 17, 1927, of Dallas, Ga, formerly of Austell, Ga passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018. She was a member of the American Legion and The Moose Lodge. Margaret worked at General Shoe Company, Ned J Fashion, Arrow Shirt Company, Six Flags, and Walmart. Margaret was a very
strong willed, independent woman. She lived her life to the fullest the way she wanted it to be. You never had to wonder what she thought because she was always glad to share. She
had a very dry, wonderful sense of humor. There never was a dull moment when you were with Margaret. She loved watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. She also loved playing cards with anybody who was willing. She will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Thomas Grey; her mother, Arvie Fowler Thomas; her father, William Harley Thomas; her sisters, Joyce Dutton and Laverne Sailors; her brother, William Thomas; and her two stepsons, Robbie and Ronny Grey. She is survived by her son, Glenn G. Grey of Hiram, Ga; her daughter-in-law, Brenda Grey of Hiram, Ga; her granddaughter, Olivia Grey
of Gainesville, Ga; her sister, Betty Jane Wilson of Lilburn, Ga; and her stepdaughter, Donna Steed of Hiram, Ga.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 19th, at 2:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Rorie officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 18th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the
Funeral Home.
