Marcie Hooks' Obituary
Mrs. Marcie Hooks, age 72 of Austell passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013. She retired from Rich’s-Macy’s after 23 years as a Secretary. She was a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Austell and was a current Shaklee distributor. Her life expressed Romans 12:12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Ed Hooks; son & daughter-in-law, Danny & Candace Hooks of Powder Springs; daughter & son-in-law, Danette & Wes Warmouth of Alpharetta; daughter, Valerie Pierce of Austell; grandchildren, Courteney Hooks, Makenzie Hooks and Adam Warmouth; sisters, Doris Gramling, Virginia Everett, Anne Elsberry and Catherine Hembree all of Austell.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel. Rev. Darrell Creel officiating. Interment will follow at Powder Springs Christian Fellowship Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
