Lucile Spencer's Obituary
On August 31, 2017, Opal Lucile Britt Spencer went to be with our Lord. She was happily married 42 years to the love of her life, Grover Spencer, Jr. They had 6 children, Steve L. Spencer of Lithia Springs, James K. Spencer of Kentucky, Alan L. Spencer (deceased), William B. Spencer of Dawsonville, Barbara Ann Hutchins of Nevada, and Janice L. Payne of Lithia Springs; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and sister, Annette Mote of Carrollton. Lucile was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and will be severely missed by all. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 3, 3:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gene Fields officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM before the service.
