Louise Yarbray Carter's Obituary
Louise Yarbray Carter, age 93, of Powder Springs passed away July 24, 2019. Louise was the oldest of her siblings and a lifelong caregiver. She is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Roy Curtis Carter. Louise is survived by her son, Andrew Phillip (Lora) Carter, Sr.; and grandchildren, Andrew Phillip Carter, Jr., Tara Louise Carter, Curtis Jacob Carter, and Chad Alan Carter. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 27, 12:00 PM at Davis-Struempf Chapel. Interment will be held at Resthaven Garden of Memory, Decatur. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 12:00 PM before the service.
