Lionel Bell's Obituary
BELL, Mr. Lymon Lionel Bell, age 77, of Douglasville, died Wednesday, March 16, 2011. Mr. Bell was an Army veteran of the Korean War, was of the Baptist faith, and had retired as a self-employed siding contractor. He loved people, especially children. His hobbies included fishing and keeping up with stock car racing, his favorite driver being Richard Petty. Survived by a daughter, Lisa Salter of Kennesaw; sons, Ronny Bell of Roanoke, AL, Chuck Bell of Tallahassee, FL, and Andy Bell of Thomaston, GA; 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, 2 PM, Davis Struempf Chapel with Rev. Moses Florence officiating. Interment will be in Powder Springs Cemetery. The famlly will receive friends Thursday from 4-8 PM at Davis Struempf Funeral Home and Crematory, Austell, GA.
