Lillian C. Jones' Obituary
Mrs. Lillian Pritchett Jones, age 79 of Powder Springs, passed away January 1, 2014. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and a homemaker who loved her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading and sitting on her front porch swing.
Lillian is survived by her children: Wesley & Cathy Jones of Mableton; Linda Lee of Hiram; Carla & Randy Landrum of Dallas; and Michelle Curtis of Dallas; grandchildren: Amanda Akery, Chris Jones, Melanie Hyde, Kelly Reece, Josh Reece, Mara Streetman, Blake Landrum, Ashley Landrum, Terry Curtis, and Mitchell Curtis; eleven great-grandchildren; and her sister, Aline Wellham of Douglasville.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4 until 8 PM. The funeral service to honor Lillian's life will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Lamar Rackley officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery.
