Lewis Oertel Abernathy, age 85, of Powder Springs passed away March 4, 2016. Lewis is survived by his wife, Imogene Abernathy; sister, Lois Bannister of Carrollton; brother, Charles Abernathy of Powder Springs and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, March 6th at 4:00PM at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ben Tanner officiating. The interment will be at Powder Springs City Cemetery following the service. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at the funeral home. www.davisstruempf.com
